Actually, it has been mentioned here on this list several times. It usually happens "out of the blue", for servers that were able to send OK previously, and seems to have no obvious reason (I also had this issue a year or two ago), and it usually disappears by itself after a few days, a week or two. Seems like some glitch in Gmail filtering logic.
