Hm... finding an expensive ISP is not a good business criterion. List information is often based on stale and arbitrary information, such as the PBL.

In addition, public DNSBL have that nasty habit of requiring the ISP —not the postmaster— to request delisting, which they won't do. SWIP is long time dead. Strange setup, in an epoch where anybody can get certbot certificates just like that, there's no accepted way to say this IP is mine.
