One of those MXs is for Hotmail.com, outlook.com, msn.com and the other is for all domains hosted on Office365. For reporting purposes we keep these very separate in our system as they have a tendency to treat the messages differently. I would strongly recommend you keep them separate, especially if you were going to put rules in on a per MX basis. The filtering and the bounce responses from them can be very different.
