Hi All, Is anyone here from charter.net / spectrum.net able to help resolve IP blocked issues? We are seeing bounces like so (I have remove the IP address)...
421 p-impin037.msg.pkvw.co.charter.net cmsmtp x.x.x.x blocked. Please see https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/understanding-email-error-codes for more information. AUP#In-1370 We would like to understand what caused this, if we can do anything to help prevent again, but obviously if we can get the IPs delisted. FYI I did also ask this in emailgeeks if anyone prefers to reply there. Appreciate any help. Dan
