Better yet, don't. Spamhaus has repeatedly said that they don't take
external nominations and there is no chance whatsoever that they are
listing anyone solely because they're on some obscure list nobody's
ever heard of.

On the other hand, if your domain really is on the DBL, this would be
a good time to stop and figure out why. The chances that you have a
spam problem are vastly higher than that it is a "mistake".
