Hello, does anyone have a Shaw (shaw.ca) mail contact? Emails from one of our (transactional/app) domains, after four years of no issues, are suddenly ending up in users' Shaw webmail spam folder and aren't even being delivered to their mail client's spam folder. Users have to add our domain as a Trusted Address in Shaw's webmail settings to resolve this. They don't realize any of this and now we have a ton of support tickets due to serving many Shaw users.
