Our SMTP Server rejects an email with:

554 5.7.1 Spamassassin-Score: 4.011 >= 2.0 :Content indicates SPAM:

Guess, what is the error displayed to the sender?

If you guessed a lengthy text regarding misconfigured DNS PTR, backed
by links to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=717889 on how to
manage DNS entries, you are right!

Somewhere at the bottom of the message, the 'real' error message can be
found. Why does Microsoft try to translate the message into something
completely wrong instead showing the sender the real message?

I wouldn't mind Microsoft sticking to the RFC meanings instead of
telling some complete bullshit to the sender.

RFC 5321: 554 => No valid recipients / Transaction failed

554 5.7.1 => Relay Access Denied

Are there any suggestion what other error code we shall use when
rejecting emails because of spam to make Office365 show a more
useful message?
