Hi Mark,

April 6 data is still missing on SNDS and most of the IPs are still blocked.

But a few hours ago I received these replies for 3 tickets that were
created on Apr 10:

We have implemented mitigation for your IP (XX.XX.XX.XX) and this process
may take 24 - 48 hours to replicate completely throughout our system.

I don't know why they reviewed the ticket again after replying that the IPs
wouldn't be unblocked. I will wait and check if they will review the other
tickets too.

I hope that Microsoft starts providing some information about why IPs are
suddenly blocked, specially for IPs that have a long term reputation
without issues.

No need for internal details about their anti-spam system, of course, but
just a tiny amount of info would be extremely helpful for senders that want
to do the right thing.

I just don't know what happened and if I should change something. Was there
an issue on our end? Or did they changed something on their end that
generated problems?
