SNDS reports exactly the same for my mail server's outbound IP address 74.207.245.70/32, however weirdly every test I've done to actual Office365 addresses works fine. It bothers me that SNDS still reports this information though and I'd love to find out a way to get SNDS to report the correct status. Regards, Raman Gupta
