they mean that you must have an webpage(imprint) (on your mail-domain
(fqdn or domain itself)) with contact information (name, postal address,
email, probably phone number).
After your unblock request they will manually check the webpage for the
contact information.
I think the background behind that is to have contact details if there
were problems.
But after the human has pressed the unblock button the information is
not used for the real smtp connection.
So the imprint on the site is "only" a human rule/requirement and is not
used in the smtp connection itself.
