Abuse.net suggests ab...@fidelity.com for Fidelity.com and techad...@discoverfinancial.com for Discover.com, so those would be worth trying, even though this isn't really an issue of abuse. I'd probably also add in nssd....@fisglobal.com from the contact info for that Fidelity IP block, found via ARIN.
