Heho,
I just gave https://github.com/Snawoot/postfix-mta-sts-resolver a try, and it 
works as expected for me. The only mails getting delivered are those for the 
test-cases where at least one MX is valid; And in those cases the mail flows 
through the lower-prio MX with the valid cert.

So, if you still see some other mails delivered, something might be different 
on mailcow. Giving that a shot now.

No starttls definitely works for me at least:  MailCow with 
postfix-mta-sts-resolver.
