Our domain emails from viviotech.net have been going to Junk folders for
Microsoft accounts (Live, Hotmail, Outlook). We're looking at the
headers and it seems like SPF and DKIM are both checking out fine. We
have DMARC records configured for the domain as well. The only thing
we're seeing that might be causing this is the SCL score which is coming
up as a 5. We do have a newsletter being sent from Mailchimp, but we've
got all the unsubscribe options available and those hosts / IPs are
listed on our SPF record. Are there any recommendations or contacts with
Microsoft to see how we might be able to further lower that score?
