Thanks to everyone who submitted an abuse report for this so far. Our Trust & Safety team is aware of an uptick of spam reports associated with wewe.global domains. We’re investigating each report we receive, so please keep them coming.

It's been over a week since that mail (and several weeks since the spam was first reported to you), and the spam is still flowing.

What are you actually doing? Investigating single reports doesn't seem to help.

 * Have you analyzed all information related to the customers from whose
machines these spams originate?
 * Registration names & e-mails, IP addresses of accesses to your web pages,
payment information, etc.?
 * Do you really KNOW who your customers are before you grant them outgoing
SMTP permission?

I'm still reporting each individual IP address (at most once per 24h so your abuse desk has time to read and investigate every single one) and I'm still getting requests back from some abuse workers to enter abuse reports via your web form which I decline politely, as it absolutely does not scale to use manual web forms to report automated spam floods.

If there was any reason to expect that an automated report via some API or so would lead to a timely disconnection of the spam-emitting VMs I would even invest a day modifying my reporting tools to use such API. But until now, there's nothing but assertions of "we're investigating". That is not enough!

Cheers,
Hans-Martin
