At some point a year or two ago a CSR got my email address for a ticket, and now I'm getting around 30 Security Edge Reports every week for cable connections that aren't mine and there's no one-click unsubscribe. Calls to customer service end with "You need to sign in to the portal to disable them", but I don't have a portal account. I'm not actually a Comcast customer, just an IT guy who helped a client one day. Thanks, -A
