Microsoft didn't create a DKIM key in their DNS in order to sign
something coming from *@messaging.microsoft.com but only from
*@microsoft.com

DKIM fail is their fault, leading to DMARC fail.

dig txt _dmarc.microsoft.com

[...] p=reject; [...]

They ask you to reject in case of DMARC fail.

You are doing everything right.
