looking for a human at sorbs.net, online ticketing is completely
broken and support@ unresponsive.

Ticket creation on the website failed with internal errors:
An Error Occurred Processing Your Request
Unable to create a new case in the SORBS Support ticket system,
falling back to email submission...

An Error Occurred Processing Your Request
Unable to connect to mailserver, please mail the error and your ID to
supp...@sorbs.net

An Error Occurred Processing Your Request
Aborting support ticket creation


Given the error messages from the support portal, I'm afraid email may
be broken just as well.


Anyone got a human contact to ping?
