Why on hell they persist and sign to send mail ONLY on mx2 ? (all MX are unfortunatly on same AS, so no this is not routing issues....).
I wonder if this is a particular handling of a priority of zero? I'd be tempted to change it to 10 and see if the behaviour continues.
RFC974 permits (and uses examples of) 0 priority, but we are talking about a Microsoft implementation here.
