HI Atro, I think you misread what I wanted. Neither I, nor my colleagues, have any interest in uncovering and invalidating your spam traps. This wouldn't help anyone. However, not everyone our support team deals with is savvy enough to know what piece of information we need to help us find an account in violation of our policies as you so accurately provided in your email. I never assume everyone knows what I or my colleagues need to identify and resolve an issue quickly. There's no need to over rotate on this as no one, including myself, is trying to undermine your traps.
As for the responses, yes, I know it's sometimes an issue and I'm still not quite sure when or how it's happening or why they are not referencing the original issue. Our team will get to the bottom of it.
