Hi List One of our customers way desperately trying to reach company hosting it's email services namecheaphosting.com
eforward1.registrar-servers.com[162.255.118.51] was constantly rejecting our customers emails as spam. We wanted to find the cause. Maybe some weird email forwarding problem? Maybe SPF failing? The Error message only told: 5.7.1 Spam Message Rejected. Namecheaphosting.com tech did not react to any of my emails trying to address the issue. Now it looks like the company moved it's email services to another email hoster. Maybe because many emails sent to them were rejected as spam?
