There is a bug introduced in Exim 4.94 when using pipelining and some
recipients are deferred with 452 but there are non-deferred recipients
after those: https://bugs.exim.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2693
Disabling pipelining in the SMTP transport avoids this issue.
