Both links indicate rate limits. How many mails do you send from your system to GMX and web.de customers per day? It might be possible that United Internet changed rules or parameters recently so that mail senders that didn't have problems before run into limits now. As it is a temporary error, your system should retry and eventually deliver all of the messages (unless their servers return the rate limit errors for every mail without ever accepting any).
