Doesn't "esmtps" indicate TLS?

This is what I am seeing:

Received: from mx.mailop.org ([91.132.147.157])
      by path.cmeerw.net with esmtps  (TLS1.3) tls
      TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384
      (Exim 4.94)

but for some reason it's using IPv4 instead of IPv6...
