Not sure either what the actual issue was, but for the last few days
there was no redirect from https://postmaster.live.com/snds to
https://sendersupport.olc.protection.outlook.com/snds.
While a direct call to
https://sendersupport.olc.protection.outlook.com/snds was always
performing as expected.
