No users have access to send. I have been signed up to SNDS and JMRP for years and have not personally received any SPAM complaints. The SMTP error indicates it's part of a larger blacklist: "550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [x.x.x.x] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140).
