The "rua" (Reporting URI for Aggregate data) is for reporting *summarized*
data. https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7489#section-7.2 says
Visibility comes in the form of daily (or more frequent) Mail
Receiver-originated feedback reports that contain aggregate data on
message streams relevant to the Domain Owner. This information
includes data about messages that passed DMARC authentication as well
as those that did not.
How often are you sending to the rua address ?
I doubt that you need to send summaries more than once per day.
Google doesn't advertise an "ruf" URI so do not wish to receive
individual failure reports.
