If your "entire range" was listed, then the issue is very likely to be MUCH larger than a single new client unless you're exclusively shared space.
If you are exclusively shared, I would see about putting that one customer on a dedicated IP or a very small shared pool which you can disclose to Spamhaus and have them list rather than "all of the IPs used by all of our customers."
