We're seeing some intermittent failures with DKIM signatures at Microsoft OLC domains, but the failure mode is dkim=fail (signature did not verify). We suspect it's due to body content encoding issues but haven't been able to prove that out just yet. It's been very hard to reliably reproduce and troubleshoot.
Since the compauth info doesn't appear to show up in messages sent to the OLC (consumer) domains, perhaps these are unrelated. But who knows, everybody keeps saying they're both the same platform nowadays.
