Hi List

Does anybody have a good recipe on how to solve the support deadlock
created by mailexperts / spamrl.com?

One of our customers is blacklisted by spamrl.com. Only by spamrl.
Our abusedesk has no recorded spam complaints about the IP in question.

Spamrl.com requires our customer to contact his ISP (us) to confirm the
'issue' with his IP is solved.

I confirmed to the Spamrl.com support, as ISP of the affected
customer, that there was no know issue, asked for evidence of a problem
and requested a delisting.

Spamrl.com in turn requires me to contact the 'Anti Spam Service'
operator of the recipient in question so the recipient can confirm to
them our customer is not sending spam. That is Spamexperts.

So I directed the same request to Spamexperts.

But they tell me I am not entitled to open a case, they need their
customer to do so.

This is apparently their customer originally did and got the reply that
our customer has to take action as he is listed by spamrl. Our customer
should contact them to get delisted.

deadlock!

Now I am trying to get the spamexperts customer to re-open the case
and try to get spamexperts to contact spamrl.com to figure out why the
ip of our customer is blacklisted.

Anyone having a more direct contact to spamrl.com?

Mit freundlichen Grüssen
