We are not getting that error from every trendmicro.eu hosted domain, but only a few of them (very few). The first company (few weeks ago) replied that they didn't have anything special configured to refuse our email and that they simply used an "aggressive" level for filtering (I don't know what are the configuration options for their users), so they added our IPs/domains to their whitelist. I'm waiting for a reply from the second domain postmaster@ address.
