The best way to proceed is for the actual tenant to report the domain in question to their Support Rep directly, rather than trying to bring it to the attention of Microsoft reps who may be monitoring this list … or might be on vacation, for instance.

The domain and URL point to their privacy policy, go figure. While they are able to whitelist the domain on their side they are concerned that the block may be occurring for all instance of O365. It works normally for web mail. I've read the ATS Safe link docs, but have not been able to figure out what could be the cause. It's not listed at SURBL or Uribl or any other RBL that I've check.
