Hi, We have a client that has a domain managed by us being blocked by their own instance of O365. The domain and URL point to their privacy policy, go figure. While they are able to whitelist the domain on their side they are concerned that the block may be occurring for all instance of O365. It works normally for web mail.
I've read the ATS Safe link docs, but have not been able to figure out what could be the cause. It's not listed at SURBL or Uribl or any other RBL that I've check. Is there a link to submit domains to O365 for review? I'm only aware of the IP form. Thanks John John Watt Deliverability Ops Cheetah Digital
