Hi,
The past few days I've noticed that mails with the word "bank" or "lån"
(meaning loan in most Scandinavian languages, probably also applies to
the actual English "loan") in the body goes straight to the spam folder
on outlook.com.
1) Send a mail to a hotmail or outlook.com-address with the body "this
is an innocent mail" -> inbox
2) Send a mail to a hotmail or outlook.com-address containing the word
"bank" or "lån" or possibly "loan" -> Spam folder
3) Send a mail (same sender as before) with the body "this is an
innocent mail" -> Spam folder - because the sender is now classed as a
spammer by Microsoft.
4) Click "this is not spam" - future mails go to the inbox no matter
what they contain.
I've tried this from various providers like yahoo and several different
domains hosted by/sending mail from different providers. SPF/DKIM/DMARC
doesn't matter, it's the same result.
This is an issue for us since we are an ESP with several large banks as
customers, and also customers with names like "The Idea bank". They
can't contant their thousands of (opt-in) recipients/customers to click
"this is not spam".
Anyone seen the same,  or does anyone from Microsoft have any insight?
Is it the same as a few months ago then mails with "hotmail" in the body
got classed as spam?

Best regards
