There's no "QQ postmaster contact" anymore. They out-humanized their support service (for a reason) and now only reply (sometimes) through an impersonal email address, if you write in Chinese.
If you got issues recently it's normal, they rebooted their quota/reputation system, back to 5K inbox emails a day. They apparently now make use of DKIM though, so there's that.
