Some of IPs got blocked, both IPs have good mailing history,(>1 year)
reputation is GREEN but on Tuesday it suddenly got blocked. The customer
has requested mitigation 3 times in 48 hours but nothing heard back apart
from ticket confirmation. Normally we see a reply that says qualified/not
qualified for mitigation etc.
