Also seeing odd data here. In addition to the already discussed IP behavior, the reputation data also seems to be retroactively changed -- whereas yesterday and previous days we had historical value of IP addresses with one reputation score, they are now showing different reputation scores for those days. For example if IP address a.b.c.d had a reputation value of "Medium" on 12/21 when I looked at the information yesterday, today it shows a reputation value of "High" for that same IP address on 12/21.
