Jennifer,

You should escalate to ReturnPath as you’re paying them for a service to help 
with you’re Deliverability via their certification program.

If the program isn’t working the way it’s intended, I’d say that’s the place to 
start asking questions.

experiencing issues with inboxing on certified clients with the recent MSFT

separate ticket I need to escalate with MSFT.
