Every now and then I run into the situation that a code doesn't work. But
that's usually because we received two codes (and of course you always pick
the wrong one). One couldn't tell if the other one would have worked, you
have to request a new one after each attempt.

Yahoo also appears to send different formats of verification emails:
- a text/html version (with valid DKIM-signature)
- a multipart/alternative version (with an invalid signature - message was
modified)

The latter could be a reason for someone not receiving the email.
