I agree with previous answers. I don't think Yahoo includes every
subdomain when you register one "top level". Some senders may want to
have a different treatment between a domain.com and a sub.domain.com at
the FBL process.
For your information, I added on July 6, 2017 some new domain names in
the Yahoo CFL (FBL) and I only received firsts ARFs on August 8, 2017.
It seems to take some time before the process is really operational
their side.

My suggestion was basically - register a couple individual domains
and see if you start getting FBLs for those domains. If you do,
then you know that Yahoo doesn’t just look at the parent domain.

Usually, when complaints are made but no CFL reports are
sent, it's either because the reporting address is
incorrect, or the DK selector chosen doesn't match what
the DKIM records are on the domain. Also, keep in mind
that single messages marked as spam as a way to test are
not guaranteed to generate reports. What's more, emails
automatically filtered to the Bulk or Spam folder can’t be
reported as spam. When a message is filtered by Yahoo
SpamGuard, the recipient would need to check their spam
folder to see the email. Automatically filtered messages
have met certain criteria to be considered spam by our
algorithms.
