Hi all,

I am hoping there is someone from Outlook/Hotmail that can assist with a
strange block issue. We are not having any luck with the normal support
channels; the responses we receive insist there is no block.

Example of error:

host outlook-com.olc.protection.outlook.com[104.47.9.33] said: 550 5.7.1
Unfortunately, messages from [43.245.161.174] weren't sent. Please contact
your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block
list (AS3150). You can also refer your provider to
http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

The odd thing is that AS3150 (NTT America) has nothing to do with us
(AS133480).

I've found a few references to this same AS3150 issue previously on the
list and other forums, although no substantive info on how to resolve it.

Any help would be appreciated.
