I must I admit that I am surprised that someone who is interested in
updates to DKIM wouldn't be reading the dcrup WG list where we're
working on updates to DKIM.

As far as I know, no.  Most DKIM libraries use openssl and it won't
do EC for another version or two.  I think someone (Scott Kitterman?)
has done hashed RSA keys.
