Hi Michael, I have a question regarding our inbox placement with Microsoft owned domains, in particular Hotmail that I hope you can assist me with.
We are sending pharma educational content strictly to healthcare practitioners whom have opted in. The SNDS report indicates a lot of red in spite of low complaints and no spam traps. For the last week I've instructed the marketing manage to concentrate sending to engaged contacts only on the sending IP, which is 168.245.17.146 . My question to you is what can be done to essentially educate Smart Screen that our content, though containing medical jargon is acceptable to the end user and to place it into the inbox, and how many days of clean sending will it take to see changes in SNDS?
