Hi Rok, A client of mine is working with dmarcts-report-viewer: (https://github.com/techsneeze/dmarcts-report-viewer) But, I don't know how advanced it is. As an ISP, you probably need something custom. Like a parser which reads from a mailbox then feeds into something like Piwik for graphing but also has some logic to open a ticket when a serious problem occurs. You should subscribe to the DMARC specific lists, dmarc-ietf and dmarc- discuss are reasonably active. They have people who are not on this list. I doubt you're the first person to ask this question.
