It depends on Content-Type at least. If you e.g. have Content-Type
different from text/plain or text/html you should not expect content to
be shown inline. If you use multipart/related instead of multipart/mixed
behavior is also unpredictable, and it's a common practice to show
related part as an attachment if it's not referenced by cid:.
