For the archives: sending email to postmaster@ still works. You just need to send your email from somewhere they'll accept mail from. :) Very friendly, very responsive. The problem was one of my network neighbours (at Hetzner) sending enough spam for long enough to get my network blocked. They were able to alter the block to exclude my address.
