We had the same issue. Their whitelist form doesn't work properly and there are no responses to any email requests. Their forum is full of complaints about this, going back a number of years: https://forums.verizon.com/t5/Verizon-net-Email/bd-p/emailissues The solution we found is to sign up for a "Community Only User ID" in their forums, and then to start a thread explaining the situation. A private support case will then be opened for you where you can deal directly with an agent who can help you get your IPs off the blacklist. Hope that helps.
