If you read the rest of that part of RFC 5321, you can put whatever you want in 
the local-part of
an address if you quote the whole thing, e.g.

>> mail from: <"SRS0=GW..5e=YD=test.pl=test"@example.com>

But I concur with the advice from everyone else to fix his
system so it doesn't generate double dots in the first place.
