I'm seeing ~5% of our outbound mail to AOL failing with 4.2.1 service 
unavailable timeouts, seems to be doing fine overall retrying and getting thru 
on the 2nd or 3rd attempt

I've seen the second one of these once. There was no preceeding feedback 
report, just a bunch of bounced list messages.

I filed a service ticket asking what this meant and why wasn't there a feedback 
report. A few days later I was told that the problem was fixed, and that if I 
wanted to avoid this in the future I needed to set up a feedback loop, see this 
URL for an explanation of how to do that.

Sigh.
