Thanks for the clarity Kurt.  In this day and age I feel that
publishing an RFC is no longer enough, there has to be some sales
effort to the idea, so it's good to see you advocating on-behalf of
ARC.

How will ARC work with MLMs that wrap p=reject domains?  It seems that
the wrap would still need to happen as MLMs have no input or idea of
local policy decisions.
