Hi Geoff,

OU-002 should be related to Symantec Brightmail - integrated into Outlook.com's 
filtering.
Use this form to check if it's that's your case and ask for an "investigation" 
if you're sure you fixed whatever issues might have caused it.

According to my experience (your and other's mileage may vary):
- It might take a while (from a few hours to a couple of days) before it's 
removed from this list AND outlook notices it.
- I rarely had an OU-002 which I could not ascribe to "something". So you might 
want to actually look closely into what you're sending there and not assume 
it's a false positive right away.
